By accessing or using FotosCRM ("Service," "Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
FotosCRM is a customer relationship management platform designed specifically for Indian wedding photography studios to manage clients, schedules, payments, and team coordination.
Eligibility
To use FotosCRM, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Operate a legitimate photography business
- Have the authority to enter into this agreement
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Account Registration
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.
Subscription and Billing
Free Trial
- FotosCRM offers a 14-day free trial
- No credit card required to start the trial
- Full access to all features during the trial period
- Trial automatically expires after 14 days unless you subscribe
Paid Subscription
- Monthly subscription: ₹999/month
- Billed monthly on the date you subscribe
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Payment Terms
- Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period
Refund Policy
- 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of initial payment
- No refunds for renewals or subsequent billing cycles
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations

- Use the Service to spam or harass others
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to compete with FotosCRM
Your Data and Content
Ownership
You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to FotosCRM, including:
- Client information and contact details
- Project and event data
- Payment records
- Team schedules and assignments
License to Us
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your data to provide the Service
- Create backups for data protection
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements
Data Export
- You can export your data as Excel files at any time
- Data export is available even after cancellation (for 30 days)
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FotosCRM and are protected by:
- Copyright laws
- Trademark laws
- Other intellectual property rights
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected immediately
- That the Service is free from viruses or harmful components
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FotosCRM shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FotosCRM harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your data or content
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Violate applicable laws
- Abuse or misuse the Service
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
